Number crunching all the elopement vendors and keeping it real for you, keeping you on budget with fantastic alternative options to help you
Nothing is ever missed with your elopement plans, our system requires us to manually tick each planning stage to progress to the next level of elopement planning.
A monthly report is supplied so you can easily see the progress being made and see at a glance the elopement team working towards your dream elopement experience.
Elopement run sheets cover every aspect of your elopement production. Team members contact details, start/end times and roles performed on the day. Each vendor will be CC’d in to your elopement run sheet so the team are all on the same page working together.
Elopement co ordinator is there throughout your experience with our team to ensure everything runs to time and help if required with set ups etc.
Elopement planning package pricing
My elopement planning package starts from $1200 and includes many hours of planning work, consultation with you and my team of vendors. See list of inclusions above.
Additional elopement co ordinator hours may be required beyond the allotted four hours on the day to help everything to progress smoothly from getting ready through to your photo session. Additional hours are $90
Your elopement co ordinator might require an extra set of hands to help with setting up your decor, lifting furniture etc. This is charged at $50 per hour.
Payment plans can be paid monthly prior to your elopement date or you can pay in full at the start of our service and receive a 10% discount.
