Eternity Photography is now fundraising for Variety the children’s charity

I have been looking for a great way of giving something back and fundraising for a charity that helps children seems to fit very nicely. I consider myself to be extremely lucky because I have three healthy kids who amaze and entertain me, my beautiful wife Shannon (who is studying to be a master brewer) and I do what I love for a living. I love portrait photography because it is so varied, whether it is kids portraits, baby portraits, couples portraits or family portraits it is all fun and I am passionate about creating something even better than the last shoot.

I have teamed up with Variety the children’s charity and I will be donating part proceeds to Variety. I am also rewarding anyone who donates $50 to Variety with $250 of product and services from Eternity Photography. This will provide you with a portrait session in the studio or on location and one 8×12 inch portrait print and some remaining credit. Part proceeds will also be donated from any further purchases that you choose to make.

It is so easy to do, simply fill out a portrait enquiry form on the website and mention the $50 Variety donation. We will give you a call and arrange everything for you. This would be great for all types of Portrait photography, maternity portraits, baby portraits, kids portraits, family portraits, couples portraits, individual portraits and nude portraits.

I will let you know more on some really exciting news soon about an exhibition that I will be having in Perth. I have begun work on the images which I am enjoying. The exhibition will be in support of Variety the children’s charity.

Romantic portraits in Fremantle.

I really enjoyed this portrait session in Fremantle. I often find that with couples they really enjoy how I make the portrait session experience lots of fun, we just have a chat and walk around the streets and pause for shots along the way. It’s a great job and I love meeting new people. At a certain point of the session everyone is just having fun, the self conscious barriersĀ  are now down and the portraits are “real”.

A good photographer can use composition and light to create visually pleasing photographs. A great portrait photographer can do all of this and also reveal the characters of those people that they photograph. This is what makes great portraits or “real” portraits. I feel that they are timeless because they are honest.

When I pick up a camera, I want to deliver “real” portraits. There is no better feeling than when you have achieved this as a portrait photographer.

Couples Portraits in Perth, Western Australia

Fremantle is a great place for couples portraits, there are so many cool alleyways and funky cafe’s to work in. I do heaps of weddings in FremantleĀ  and it is one of my favourite locations. We go for a walk, have a chat and take some really beautiful portraits. That’s my job and I love it! Since I have joined the Australian Institute of Professional Photography I have been striving to push my boundaries and create some really amazing work. I went to an AIPP workshop at Kulcha in Fremantle this week and it was great to be surrounded by other passionate artists. There were some big names in the Australian Photographic industry there, all really nice people. I left that meeting with a promise to myself to always push my creativity to a higher level each time I pick up my camera. It must have worked because I shot some of the best wedding photographs of my career yesterday at the South Foreshore in Perth. I was so into it that I kept shooting way over the booked coverage. I will Post those images up next week.Fremantle Portraits.
