Booking Deposits

A small $50 booking deposits is required to secure your preferred portrait experience in the diary. This is paid by Master card or Visa or bank transfer. It is refunded at your Design Presentation or you can use the $50 to go towards your artwork spend.

Design Presentation

Your design consultant makes choosing easy, and will be available for you  to create beautiful Art Work that adds life to your home. This is when the magic happens and it is so important for all decision makers to get involved as artists. This is the time when your Art Work comes to life and can only proceed if all the artists are present. Your order will be placed at the end of your Design Consultation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Bank Deposit. You are going to love what is created during this time.

After your Design Presentation

Once your order is placed our design team begin production work on your order. This ensures that your unique artwork is created to our highest standard while your shoot is fresh in our minds. When your order is in production we can not change or refund your order, this why we take the time to help and advise you to select a unique artwork or product that you will love.

High Resolution photograph Files

We can provide you with high resolution photograph files, there is a minimum order of five for each shoot. If you purchase an artwork for your wall and you would like to add some high resolution photograph files you can order then individually if you wish. This product can not be exchanged or refunded once it is ordered.

Facebook size Low Resolution Photograph Files

This product can only be ordered as an additional product once you have purchased a wall artwork. They are not print quality , they are low resolution for Facebook or social media screen use only.
